We offer Free USPS First-Class Shipping for all orders!
Country to which the order can be sent
Currently, we only provide service to the continental United States. Due to the sustained global impact of COVID-19, international shipping has been greatly restricted and we have chosen to temporarily close our international service in order not to compromise the overall quality of our service. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.
Shipping to P.O. box & military address
Currently, we do not ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations. This ensures the safe delivery and receipt of your Kintzplastics order.
Parcel signature
For security purposes, all Kintzplastics deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail and please prepare for receiving the goods in advance.
Parcel redirect
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Parcel rejection
If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order processing
Handling time: 1-2 working days. Our order cutoff time is 5 pm (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5 pm (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension)
Orders tracking
If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly on your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a second e-mail (which may take up to 48 hours) once your order is shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Sales tax
Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer, we do not currently cover this cost.
Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
Order processing time is too long (more than 10 working days without special remarks)
There are two options for you to choose, we refund directly or we arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $3 coupon.

Please make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please take responsibility for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 30 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund or we re-deliver it to you and compensate you with a $5 coupon.
Loss of goods
We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first to inform us of the problem you have encountered and we will arrange for someone to help you with your inquiry.
